Pros
The rooms are superbly comfortable and tastefully equipped with new facilities. Free WIFI is available in all rooms and public areas. Foods are well-executed and come in a good variety. All sightseeing entrance fees and activities are included in the price.
Cons
Distance from the boarding location at Got Pier to the ship is quite far. Shuttle service is pricey and will cost extra if drop-off points are outside of the Hanoi Old Quarter. There are no cribs and a few amenities for children.
