Pros
The tour is well-organized from pick up to the return. Visitors can see the most amazing parts of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay closely. Cabins are comfortable, clean and room rates are at a reasonable price. The cruise has an elevator and wheelchairs are accessible.
Cons
There are a limited number of food options. The tender boat is quite small and uncomfortable. No smoking area and WIFI isn’t available in rooms.
Bottom Line
Era cruises Halong has put a great effort in offering guests a comfortable luxury living space at an affordable price.

A total number of 18 luxurious cabins embody chic and modern ambiance divided into 4 different types. Lovely balcony/ terrace, private Jacuzzi bathtub, and other amenities are fully-appointed in each cabin. The minimum size is the terrace suite (52sqm) and the largest one is era suite (73sqm).

For the most pleasure-filled excursions, Era cruise offers a real feast of Vietnamese cuisine, international cuisines, fresh seafood and vegetarian menu for vegetarians. The breakfast option is continental. Kids’ meals, kid-friendly buffet, and special diet meals are provided on request. Good beverages including bottles of water, wine/ champagne are provided with charges.

Yes, it has. The cruise offers crib for children in the family room, kids’meals, kid-friendly buffet, and babysitting service.
2.Is it possible for my disabled mother to embark on the cruise and enjoy activities?
Yes, it is. Era cruise offers facilities for disabled people. Your mother can still take part in some onboard activities such as live music/ performance, cooking class. Other on-site activities are not recommended and she’d better stay onboard.
3.I do not find that Era cruise provides extra bed so could I have it in the room?
Extra beds are subjected to availability and you need to pay an additional charge.
4.What spa facilities are provided on the cruise?
Regarding spa facilities, Era cruise offers hot tub/ Jacuzzi, spa lounge, and massage amenities.
5.Does Era Cruise offer transfer from Hai Phong airport to Got pier?
